About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates the operational and strategy creation aspects of sourcing projects
- Partners with Category and Commodity leaders to create strategy and drive projects to completion
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Strong financial acumen, including financial analysis, cost control, and understanding of manufacturing process cost components.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects, including team leadership and managing direct reports.
- Proven analytical skillset, with advanced Excel proficiency (using it as an analytical tool, advanced formulas, reporting).
- Relevant SAP experience, as well as exposure to other ERP systems.
- Extensive background in Supply Management / Sourcing / Procurement.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Advanced verbal/written English communication skills
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively.
