About the role
- Client Representative supporting Subsea Operations in offshore contexts, overseeing equipment installation and performance management. Position requires management of vessel operations and operational documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise installation and intervention of subsea equipment
- Supervise daily vessel activities, providing subsea support
- Conduct daily SIMOPS calls to identify and mitigate potential conflicts
- Monitor vessel performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Manage and resolve issues defined in operational contingency plans
- Define and manage scope, schedule and duration of port calls
- Promote well-being onboard through ongoing engagement with vessel leadership
- Ensure quality of operational equipment
- Assess weather forecasts and coordinate field operation schedules
- Maintain onboard inventory of Client equipment
- Ensure completion and submission of required documentation after each subsea activity
- Conduct basic equipment inspections, testing and minor assemblies to ensure operational readiness
