Responsibilities

• Wood is seeking a Lead Process Engineer – Operational Readiness to be involved in a unique and technically challenging gold project in its Brisbane Minerals & Metals team. This position is based in Brisbane, Queensland on a 6-month contract with possibility for extension.

• Based on a current project opportunity within our Mining & Minerals business, we are seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer with strong gold project experience to join our Process team. Requirements

• Relevant experience in minerals processing plant design including comminution, gravity, leaching, dewatering, reagents and utilities. Experience with gold processing Operations is essential
• Previous experience in an Operational Readiness role would be highly regarded
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical, literacy and numeracy skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and engineering programs
