- Supervisar las operaciones contables del despacho, facturación, contabilidad
- Realizar seguimiento y supervisar las facturas pendientes de pago de los clientes, manteniniendo e informando en todo momento a los Gerentes y Socios de la firma
- Generar las facturas en el sistema, SAP, y realizar un control de las horas que se cargan en la herramienta
- Preparar y realizar la consolidación de los estados financieros a final de cada mes
Requirements
- Profesionales graduados en ADE/Económicas/Finanzas
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamentos financieros o en auditoría externa
- Nivel avanzado en el uso de y gestión de Microsoft Excel
- Se valorará positivamente experiencia en SAP
- Capacidad analítica y buenos dotes comunicativos
- Nivel de inglés: intermedio, B2
