Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced HR reporting and analytics solutions within Workforce Intelligence reporting framework.
  • Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards for consistent workforce insights.
  • Solve complex reporting and data challenges independently within established data governance.
  • Perform advanced workforce data analysis to identify trends and support operational use cases.
  • Translate reporting requirements into scalable Workday reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex reporting logic and data quality issues independently.
  • Prepare governed data outputs to support cross‑functional needs (Finance, ESG, audits).
  • Document report logic and definitions for transparency and self-service adoption.
  • Provide advanced support to HR reporting consumers and contribute to enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Workday reporting, including calculated fields and complex report logic.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and explain findings clearly.
  • Experience building dashboards and visual reporting solutions for HR audiences.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to prepare analysis for presentation and downstream use.
  • Independently solves complex reporting problems using structured analytical thinking.
  • Applies judgment when balancing accuracy, scalability, and delivery timelines.
  • Works effectively with incomplete or ambiguous inputs within defined boundaries.
  • Communicates complex data concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Works constructively within a broader reporting and governance operating model.
