About the role

  • eCommerce Strategy Manager driving strategic initiatives to optimize digital sales and market expansion at Wolters Kluwer. Engaging with internal leaders and providing data-backed insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business Intelligence and conduct personal competitive analysis/market research to identify emerging ecommerce trends (B2B & B2C).
  • Partner with business segment & marketing leaders to define eCommerce commercialization plan
  • Participate in 3-year strategic planning and eCommerce roadmap development to align with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital conversion, enhance customer experience, and optimize pricing/promotion models.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Business Segment teams to align eCommerce initiatives with company objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership on how to accelerate eCommerce revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy and digital commerce
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce and background in commercialization planning
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, create insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who enjoys deep research and problem-solving with a data-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
