Responsibilities
Handling customer service tasks for an assigned customer base
Collaborating as part of a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Receiving and processing all types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders
Responsible for handling inquiries and orders from start to finish
Proactively communicating with customers to inform them about delayed orders
Responsible for managing consignment stock
Handling customer complaints and returns
Performing quality checks and corrective actions
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
At least one year of professional experience in customer service/inside sales, or alternatively in logistics, supply chain, or field sales
Excellent written and spoken English and German are required
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable but not required
Good to very good Excel skills
Self-organization, ability to work independently and prioritize; willingness and ability to quickly learn new areas of work and a positive attitude
