About the role

  • U-Box Customer Care Representative at U-Haul responsible for local delivery services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate equipment and provide courteous service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a flatbed truck (training provided)
  • Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided)
  • Load and unload storage containers for delivery
  • Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only
  • Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University

Requirements

  • Clean motor vehicle driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
