About the role
- Develop and execute strategic plans;
- Design and collaborate on building the customer journey using multiple data sources;
- Manage the team;
- Provide market insights to keep the media team up to date;
- Negotiate with key partners;
- Deliver presentations to clients;
- Analyze competitors;
- Conduct research using media-specific software tools;
- Establish strong relationships between partners and agency professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience with media across online and offline channels;
- Operational knowledge of digital platforms: Google (Search, Shopping, GDN & YouTube); Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.); programmatic advertising;
- Experience operating measurement platforms such as Google Analytics;
- Experience in leadership and people management;
- Experience in strategic planning;
- Experience developing media plans;
- Experience in client-facing activities (negotiation, alignment, monthly reporting, etc.);
- Experience preparing scopes and media proposals;
- Advanced knowledge of presentation tools;
- Advanced English (will participate in calls; must be confident conducting meetings);
- Advanced Excel skills.
