About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans;
  • Design and collaborate on building the customer journey using multiple data sources;
  • Manage the team;
  • Provide market insights to keep the media team up to date;
  • Negotiate with key partners;
  • Deliver presentations to clients;
  • Analyze competitors;
  • Conduct research using media-specific software tools;
  • Establish strong relationships between partners and agency professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience with media across online and offline channels;
  • Operational knowledge of digital platforms: Google (Search, Shopping, GDN & YouTube); Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.); programmatic advertising;
  • Experience operating measurement platforms such as Google Analytics;
  • Experience in leadership and people management;
  • Experience in strategic planning;
  • Experience developing media plans;
  • Experience in client-facing activities (negotiation, alignment, monthly reporting, etc.);
  • Experience preparing scopes and media proposals;
  • Advanced knowledge of presentation tools;
  • Advanced English (will participate in calls; must be confident conducting meetings);
  • Advanced Excel skills.
