Responsibilities
- Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies, including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.
- Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of iOS development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiar with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVPor MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
- Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc is a plus.
- Have published two or more iOS apps.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.
