About the role
- Team leader for Process Automation and AI in WITTE Automotive Group. Driving AI, RPA, and digital solutions within the international WITTE group.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer unternehmensweiten Strategie für Prozessautomatisierung, AI und Digitalisierung
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams für AI-, RPA- und Automatisierungsprojekte
- Steuerung komplexer Automatisierungsinitiativen – von der Ideenphase bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
- Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Lösungen mit AI-Frameworks und RPA-Plattformen wie UiPath, Automation Anywhere oder Blue Prism
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und internationalen Standorten
- Sicherstellung von Compliance, IT-Security und Datenschutz innerhalb der Automatisierungsinitiativen
- Beobachtung neuer Technologien und Trends im Bereich Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation und Digitalisierung
- Begleitung von Change-Management-Prozessen , um neue Automatisierungslösungen erfolgreich im Unternehmen zu etablieren
Requirements
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Prozessautomatisierung, Digitalisierung, AI oder IT
- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Technologieprojekten und bestenfalls erste Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in RPA-Plattformen (z. B. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) sowie AI- und Machine-Learning-Technologien
- Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie der Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen
- Hohe analytische Kompetenz, strategisches Denken und Begeisterung für Innovation und neue Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
