Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle, requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of system-driven business process optimizations and automations across academic workflows
Work in close partnership with academic and operational process owners, engaging directly with the teams responsible for existing workflows
Translate human-led processes into well-designed, system-enabled workflows
Operationalize agreed workflow solutions
Establish monitoring/alerting and capacity planning
Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design (POPIA) across the lifecycle
Partner effectively with IT to design and implement solutions
Model and promote Care, Strive, Learn, Real
Requirements
3 to 5+ years in business/process analysis and enterprise workflow automation delivery
Proven track record with Power Automate, connectors/custom connectors, API integrations, Power Apps, SharePoint, SQL and Azure DevOps
Integration experience with Dynamics 365 and line-of-business systems, including patterns to prevent redundant updates
Copilot experience
Proven ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution
Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills; comfortable translating between academic leaders, IT and project teams
Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certifications (preferred): Power Platform (PL-900/PL-400), Azure (AZ-900/AZ-204), Dynamics 365.
