About the role

• Working Student in Process Automation for SpotmyEnergy enhancing internal systems while collaborating with different business units. Responsible for implementing efficient workflows within the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Design and model new processes and automations in our CRM.
• Implement them in a technically sound and scalable way.
• Own roles, permissions and user management within the CRM.
• Ensure data quality and assist with documenting processes.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• You are enrolled at a German university for at least another 6 months.
• Fluent in German (at least C1).
• Strong hands-on mentality and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical understanding: Git, APIs, webhooks, data models, software architecture.
• Programming experience.
• Practical experience with a CRM or low-/no-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) is a plus.
• Interest in startups or prior startup experience.
