Responsibilities

  • Provide Slack-first support managing customer interactions using Pylon.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data connectivity and API integrations.
  • Conduct live consultations and guide customers through complex scenarios.
  • Aggregate customer feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to support documentation and self-service guides.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong ability to write and read SQL
  • Experience with troubleshooting Snowflake/BigQuery permissions and connection strings
  • Proficient in API usage and integrations, particularly GraphQL
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman or cURL
  • Experience using modern support stacks, specifically Pylon for Slack-based support
  • Proven ability to manage customer interactions in high-pressure situations
