About the role

• Full Stack Developer evolving internal tools and technical platforms for Grupo Four. Working on both frontend and backend with modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve internal tools and technical platforms, working on both frontend and backend
• Understand technical scenarios, diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and NestJS, ensuring well-defined contracts and code quality
• Build internal interfaces using Next.js and React
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure application stability, scalability and ongoing evolution
• Support the evolution of the Developer Experience (DX), contributing to standards, best practices and automations
• Contribute to automated testing, ensuring code reliability and maintainability
• Work on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring and logging
• Intervene in environments and databases when necessary, supporting technical analysis and fixes
• Run scripts, make API calls and support data extractions for the business
• Identify, propose and implement technical improvements in maintenance tasks and new projects
• Ensure technical documentation and onboarding materials are kept up to date
• Support the definition of architecture standards, code quality and information security
• Implement integrations via REST APIs and webhooks
• Use AI tools and agents as part of the daily development workflow, including critically validating AI-generated code during code reviews to ensure quality, security and adherence to project standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Internet Systems, Computer Science or related fields
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience with backend development using NestJS
• Experience with frontend development using Next.js and React
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including modeling and query optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of code versioning with Git and experience using Docker and CI/CD
• Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests)
• Knowledge of security best practices, including data protection, secure authentication and encryption
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar message brokers (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)
• Good communication skills, analytical thinking and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to work autonomously, in an organized manner and results-oriented
• Ability to elicit and refine requirements with technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, EKS)
• Ability to critically validate AI-generated code, applying Clean Code principles, SOLID and architectural patterns
