About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing document management, generation, archiving and signing solutions
- Ensure architectural best practices and technology standards are followed
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic goals
- Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring sessions for engineering teams
- Establish and lead Communities of Practice such as Software Engineering, QA & Test Automation, DevOps, and Cloud
- Develop and maintain frameworks, guidelines, and accelerators for engineering excellence
- Promote automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native adoption
- Engage with internal and external technology communities, sharing knowledge and insights
- Optimize deployment pipelines for faster time-to-market and operational excellence
- Embed quality practices into the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on solution development experience in AWS/Azure/Sharepoint cloud environments
- Background in document and metadata management, process automation, AI-enablement in a large organization is a plus
- Technical leadership skills with a history of leading development teams
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language; ideally Java
- Expertise in solution architecture including enterprise integration patterns and high-availability system design
- Fluent in English
