About the role
- Product Owner responsible for developing and optimizing digital learning platform at W&H. Collaborating with various teams to enhance customer and partner education offerings.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development, enhancement, and optimization of the digital learning platform
- Develop the product vision and roadmap for the E‑Academy
- Lead independent product development during the initial/start-up phase
- Drive ongoing development using agile methods
- Coordinate with product management and digital touchpoints
- Gather and prioritize requirements
- Ownership of the backlog and implementation
- Create flexible, interactive, multilingual e‑learning offerings
- Monitor market trends and technological developments
- Perform reporting to measure success and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a (certified) Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in e‑learning, digital platforms, or B2B solutions
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, modern learning platforms (LMS), and digital educational media
- Didactic expertise in designing and implementing digital learning offerings
- Understanding of sustainable, learner‑centered learning processes
- Creativity, an innovative mindset, strong execution skills, and a pronounced user‑centered approach
- Enthusiasm for digital education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- High degree of personal responsibility, team orientation, and strong communication and presentation skills
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
