Responsibilities
Première personne de contact pour nos clients
Détecter des opportunités commerciales (Cross-sell)
Répondre aux questions des clients avec le support administratif nécessaire (correspondance, prospection, recherche d’information, suivi des dossiers)
Réaliser des tarifications et offres via les compagnies partenaires et émettre des contrats
Effectuer des relances vis-à-vis des compagnies et/ou des clients
Requirements
Titulaire d'un baccalauréat en assurance ou d'une expérience équivalente
En ordre d'agréments PCP assurance Vie, Formation anti-blanchiment, certification TwinPeaks/MiFid
Une expérience de 2 années dans la profession est un plus
Parfaitement bilingue Fr/NL ou NL/FR
Très bonne connaissance du logiciel BRIO
