Responsibilities
- Contribute to global sourcing and category management for Chandlery and IMPA products.
- Support supplier qualification, performance follow‑up, and improvement activities.
- Help ensure product quality, compliance, and consistency across markets.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms and supplier agreements.
- Maintain and update product data and catalogues in our global systems.
- Analyze procurement insights and market trends to support category decisions.
- Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to solve challenges and identify opportunities.
- Follow Wilhelmsen’s global processes and governance frameworks to ensure best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply Chain, maritime studies, or similar
- 1–4 years of relevant experience (procurement, sourcing, product coordination) — graduates with internships are welcome
- An interest in global supplier networks and working across functions
- Strong communication skills and a structured, detail‑oriented way of working
- Comfortable working with product data, ERP/PIM systems, or catalogues
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
- Fluent in English; open to international travel.
