Responsibilities
Responsible for procurement category management in the IT Infrastructure & Telecommunications sub-category — including development of sourcing strategy and alignment with internal stakeholders
Independently manage sourcing processes (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, contract renewals) — from requirements gathering to contract signature
Lead contract negotiations and actively manage supplier relationships
Ensure transparent procurement and supplier selection processes
Ensure compliance with legal, risk-related and regulatory requirements throughout the sourcing and contracting process
Contribute to company-wide projects (e.g., DORA, CSDDD)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in category management and/or strategic procurement
University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field)
Solid subject-matter expertise in the relevant area (e.g., IT architecture, software, IT services)
Proven track record of delivering cost savings
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
Experience with SAP Ariba or similar e-procurement systems is a plus
Knowledge of artificial intelligence or a strong affinity for AI topics is advantageous
Excellent German and English language skills
