Responsibilities

  • Support Wifinity’s commercial aims by organising marketing and engagement events
  • Promote Wifinity’s services and drive user uptake
  • Act as the primary interface with end-users on-site
  • Extensive UK travel to customer sites
  • Maintain strategic oversight of upcoming events
  • Coordinate event calendars and schedules
  • Provide hands-on support and advice to end-users
  • Liaise with on-site management and various stakeholders
  • Gather data and insights on markets or customers
  • Collate customer feedback and insights
  • Additional responsibilities as required by the company
