About the role
- Frontend Developer designing and maintaining high performance applications using Nuxt.js for a pharmacy chain in Czechia. Collaborating with UX specialists and improving CI/CD workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable, modular and high performance frontend applications using Nuxt.js and Vue.js
- Actively take part in technical decisions related to our current frontend architecture and future projects
- Continuously assess and improve developer tooling, CI/CD workflows
- Actively monitor the Nuxt ecosystem and help drive adoption of relevant features or enhancements
- Optimize and tune our e-commerce solution for a leading Czech pharmacy chain
- Collaborate closely with the team, UX specialists and developers from other teams to ensure seamless integration and user experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development
- Proven expertise with both Nuxt 2 and Nuxt 3, including differences in configuration, file structure and module development
- Experience with Vue Composition API and state management using Vuex or Pinia within a Nuxt context
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Playwright is a plus
- Strong knowledge of maintaining and improving application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Ability to debug and optimize Nuxt apps using features like route prefetching, lazy loading and automatic code splitting
- Experience working in an Agile-based full-stack team
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into tangible solutions
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to evolve your knowledge, experiment and improve the platform continuously
