About the role

  • Senior Engineer leading technical efforts in the design and implementation of safety-related I&C systems. Mentoring junior engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review Functional Logic Diagrams and Design Specifications.
  • Perform reliability analyses using tools such as Reliability Workbench.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system issues.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and technical risk assessments.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Systems, or Nuclear Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in I&C systems or safety-critical systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., NRC standards) preferred
