Responsibilities
Rotate through multiple functional engineering areas including Civil, Electrical, Project Engineering, and Component Engineering with manufacturing plant assignment
Contribute to planning, communication, and teamwork
Develop competencies related to the engineering functional area of focus for the rotation
Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
Intent for Master's completion during employment
Engineering in Training certification before graduation; intent to pursue Professional Engineer license
Demonstrated leadership
Travel or relocate based on the job rotations and future opportunities upon completion of the rotation program
Proficiency with analytical/calculation tools such as MathCad, Matlab, VBA and Python code languages
