Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring aligning w/ goals and industry standards
Project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for cost-effective on time completion
Collaborate with our teams, clients, and vendors to define requirements and resolve technical challenges
Ensure compliance w/ industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all project phases
Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team
Conduct feasibility studies, scope development reviews, and performance evaluations for project optimization
Continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and project outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering Degree)
7+ years of experience of applicable experience
International travel to support the Poland project
Project engineering/management or equivalent roles of increased responsibilities, with experience leading successful projects or large scope
Engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory standards
Project management and engineering software like Primavera and Microsoft Project
Leadership and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating across departments
Interested in obtaining Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification
General knowledge of Westinghouse nuclear products like AP100, AP300, eVinci
