Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering all strategic initiatives within Finance and Corporate Technology Delivery Stream
- Lead the Corporate System Technology team in India
- Collaborate with peers to enable solution engineering aspects for all related deliveries
- Be accountable to the site level stakeholders
- Deliver defined and agreed roadmap for corporate systems business objectives
- Drive the team to build best practices and process improvements
- Oversee development and implementation of all engineering work for agreed deliverables

Requirements
- 10+ years of Delivery & Team Management experience
- 15+ years of total work experience
- Track record of implementing successful data products across markets
- Understand new technologies and their relevance to consumers
- Have International experience for deployed products for global customers
- Experience of ORMB as a product is a plus
- Experience of payments technology
- Technology experience of implementing settlement solutions of either vendor or in-house products
- Skilled at articulating ideas and influencing execution
- Action-oriented and passionate about driving business outcomes
- Advanced practitioner of “test and learn”
- Able to motivate product and other stakeholders to create simple and effective end-to-end experiences
