About the role

  • Recruiter at New Western partnering with General Managers to attract top sales talent and manage recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep partnerships with General Managers to understand their talent needs, office dynamics, and what separates top-performing agents from the rest.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent, including research-driven outreach and use of platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
  • Create and review job descriptions, manage intake meetings, and build targeted candidate pipelines.
  • Guide General Managers and interviewers through the interview and selection process, offering recommendations and market insights to ensure consistency, speed, and quality of hire.
  • Accurately track candidate data and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Navigate a high-volume pipeline while ensuring that each candidate receives prompt, equitable, and high-touch communication.
  • Own the offer process, from preparation to negotiation to acceptance, ensuring a smooth transition into Preboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience in high volume, fast paced environments.
  • Experience hiring for 1099 and commission-only roles.Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS), job boards, and GSuite.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing, including passive outreach and research-based strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust.
  • Track record of managing competing priorities with tight deadlines while maintaining precision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
