About the role

Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (e.g., metal engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, construction engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics) or a technical vocational qualification with further training (e.g., state-certified technician)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Efficient, goal-oriented working style with confident use of digital tools and AI-assisted software
- Interest in educational topics and willingness to learn new content
- Proficient use of CMS, MS Office and AI applications for structured information processing
- Didactic sensitivity for texts and illustrations as well as very good spelling skills
- Team player with enjoyment of collaboration with network partners
- Willingness to travel for one- to multi-day author meetings
- High motivation and willingness to learn for entry into the editorial field
