- Implement and maintain all ICC landing pages, ensuring visual and functional alignment with marketing
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize conversion rates
- Monitor user behavior metrics (time on page, bounce rate, engagement)
- Collaborate with the creative team on adapting and implementing digital assets
- Ensure responsiveness, fast loading times, and compatibility across devices and browsers
- Manage servers and digital infrastructure, maintaining stability, security, and availability
- Update technologies and plugins used on digital platforms
- Assist in quickly resolving technical issues, minimizing impact on campaigns and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Design, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience implementing and managing landing pages
- Familiarity with landing page builders and management platforms (WordPress, Elementor, Leadlovers, Hotmart, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and behavior analysis tools (Google Optimize, Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations
- Experience managing web servers and infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)
- Basic understanding of SEO and mobile optimization
- Certifications in UX/UI, Google Optimize, web design, Fórmula de Lançamento, or hosting and digital security platforms (desirable)
- Experience in digital product launches and optimizing pages for high conversion (desirable)
- Hands-on experience integrating tools and marketing automations (desirable)
