Responsibilities
Leading and managing members of the Level Design team to meet project objectives, quality standards, and production milestones
Setting clear goals and performance expectations aligned with the broader project vision
Collaborate with design leadership, artists, crafting unique spaces
Designing, prototyping, implementing and polishing in-game spaces and content
Providing constructive feedback on others’ work
Acting as a liaison to other departments
Providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance management for level designers.
Requirements
Proven experience as a professional Level Designer
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, set priorities, and deliver against defined production timelines
Experience with technical game design
Understanding and Execution of the fundamentals of Open World Level Design in modern game engines
Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and support team growth and development
Experience pitching level design concepts in a clear, detailed manner
