HR Generalist overseeing talent acquisition and process optimization in a fintech company. Leading operational efficiency initiatives and supporting employee development and analytics programs.
Responsibilities
Operation and efficiency management: You will be the architect of our service center, transforming processes into structured workflows with clear SLAs. You will also lead the mapping and drafting of all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for People, eliminating the risk of centralized knowledge.
Full-cycle Talent Acquisition: Run our end-to-end recruitment processes (from profile alignment to closing the role), implementing conversion metrics and satisfaction surveys for candidates and hiring managers to drive impactful results.
Development cycle (Performance Evaluations and T&D): Provide technical support for the semiannual performance evaluation cycles (which run on Qulture.Rocks), preparing to take full ownership in the future. You will also provide logistical support for the Annual Training Plan, organizing evidence for audits.
Data support & Experience (People Analytics and internal marketing): Support the coordinator in extracting and cleansing data for People Analytics, and tactically execute our internal marketing initiatives, manage vendors, and handle logistics for our beloved gifts and awards.
Knowledge management: Centralize manuals, playbooks, and decision histories in our official repository (WEshare Plus) and deliver internal training to ensure technical alignment across the People & Management team.
Requirements
Solid experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations roles.
Practical knowledge of payroll and personnel administration routines (vacation, payroll, contributions, and labor legislation).
Experience conducting full-cycle recruitment.
Obsession with organization and processes: ability to map workflows and write clear SOPs.
Familiarity with ticketing/project management tools (experience with ClickUp is a strong plus) and HR platforms (knowledge of Sólides and Qulture.Rocks is highly welcome).
Analytical ability to extract, clean, and organize data (Data Support).
