About the role

  • Operations Fulfillment Analyst at HOKALI collaborating with educators to ensure service levels. Managing operational tasks and identifying improvement opportunities while working in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with educators, providing them guidance, help and monitor as to guarantee our service level on each program sold.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Operations Coordinator and the Operations Team to prioritize supply needs and support the execution of daily operational tasks.
  • Keep all the information on our systems updates (CRM, Hokali Software, files, etc) and well organized.
  • Implement the operations process defined.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively propose solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Graduated or advanced student on Bs. Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Digital/Global Business, Sports administration or similar areas (not mandatory)
  • **Advanced or native english skills both writing and speaking** (mandatory)
  • Ability to pay strong **attention to detail **and time management skills to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experience using HubSpot or any CRM.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Support is highly valued.
  • Self-motivated and with a start-up mindset, eager to learn and independent.
