About the role

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple business groups
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in target operating model design and implementation within Shared Services or similar environments is highly preferred
