About the role
- Investment Publications Associate publishing investment strategy and research reports for Wells Fargo's Investment Institute. Managing content compliance and distribution to support investment professionals.
Responsibilities
- Publish and distribute Wells Fargo Investment Institute guidance and commentary to meet tight deadlines
- Perform testing and tagging to ensure content complies with Americans with Disabilities Act standards
- Support product managers in Investment Products with web page design, web page updates, drafting communications, formatting PowerPoint presentation decks, and coordinating updates to expiring content
- Manage content submitted by external strategic relationship partners through the qualified supervisor and compliance review process
- Copy edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, Wells Fargo style, and clarity
- Write social media posts as needed
- Participate on project teams to develop more efficient processes, to improve quality, or to develop communication plans
Requirements
- 6+ months of Graphic or Website Design experience
- 6+ months of Communications or Publications experience
- Experience using content management or web publishing systems
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using artificial intelligence applications to gain efficiencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite
