Responsibilities
You design and take responsibility for the future software architecture
You evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes
You identify and implement AI-powered automations
You define and establish processes to improve code quality
You provide technical leadership to a team of currently 3–4 experienced developers
You manage external development partners and act as the central interface between engineering, product management, and executive leadership
Requirements
Several years of experience in software development
At least 1–2 years in a leading or coordinating role (e.g., Tech Lead, Lead Developer)
Practical understanding of modern software architectures — from structural principles like Clean Architecture to domain modeling with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, ideally .NET/C#, and experience with Angular and React
Practical experience with AI tools and automations in the development workflow
Fluent in German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
