About the role

Responsibilities
- Participation à l'élaboration de la stratégie de communication marketing digitale et d’un calendrier éditorial de publication de post en amont.
- Création, montage & mise en ligne de contenus (écrits/textes & visuel : photos, vidéos) sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Twitter...).
- Création d'un blog, de compte Facebook, Youtube Tik Tok...
- Suivi et analyse des KPIs/reportings (résultats/statistiques de performances des publications).
- Interagir avec la communauté (répondre aux messages, commentaires, conversations de la communauté).
- Réaliser une veille active sur les réseaux sociaux (actualités, environnement, concurrents, remarques de prospects/de contacts).
- A/B testing de campagnes.
- Captation vidéo (interviews, pitchs, reportages, making-off...).
- Montage de vidéos courtes/longues (format réseaux sociaux, teasers, documentaires courts).
- Tournages en conditions réelles (terrain, déplacements possibles).
- Habillage graphique, sous-titre, optimisation pour les réseaux sociaux.
Requirements
- Être force de proposition, créatif, autonome, impliqué.
- Discrétion.
- Réactif.
- Sens du timing stratégique.
- Très bon niveau d’orthographe.
- Savoir s’adresser à un public cible.
- Utilisation de l'outil Canva, Notion, Meta Business Suite, Google analytics.
- Maîtrise professionnelle des réseaux sociaux Linkedin, Twitter ...
- Rigueur.
- Travailler en toute autonomie dans notre eco système de solutions à fort impact et valeur ajoutée.
