Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Digital Marketing, Branding, Digital Media, or Content Management is a plus
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in social media management, digital content, and video for high-reach brands or publishers
Experience leading creative, multidisciplinary teams (social media managers, designers, writers, editors, analysts)
Track record of growing communities, increasing engagement, and strengthening brand presence on social platforms
Social media management and analytics: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Pinterest Analytics, LinkedIn Pages; Hootsuite, Sprout Social, mLabs or similar tools
Planning and collaboration: Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday or ClickUp; Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Content creation and editing: Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator (intermediate level sufficient); Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (for briefing and supervising short-form edits)
Monitoring and social listening: Brandwatch, BuzzSumo, Mention or Talkwalker (or equivalent brand monitoring tools)
Experience with lifestyle, gastronomy, entertainment, or digital media brands is desirable
Recommended courses and certifications: Meta Certified (Facebook Blueprint) — Digital Marketing Associate or Media Planning Professional; Google Analytics Certification (GA4); YouTube Creator Academy / YouTube Brand Partner Program; TikTok Creative Academy or TikTok for Business courses; Inbound Marketing certification (HubSpot or RD Station); Social Media Management or Content Strategy certification (Rock Content, ESPM, Alura, etc.); Training in leadership or managing creative teams
