Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies for various product areas and for employer branding in coordination with clients
  • Develop editorial calendars and oversee the corresponding project management
  • Create creative and engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Community management and interaction with followers, customers, and prospects
  • Continuously analyze social media performance and derive optimization measures
  • Work closely with clients' marketing and communications teams

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Proven professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in an agency environment
  • Solid knowledge in using and optimizing various social media platforms
  • Media production skills in video and photography, using common software tools
  • Creativity, initiative, and a strong sense for current trends in social media
  • Foreign language skills, particularly good English
  • Enjoy working with people and excellent communication skills
