About the role

  • Racing Bank Administrator handling client inquiries and assisting with racing-related financial services. Building relationships and supporting clients through ownership registration and banking needs.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for Racing Bank clients
  • Handling a wide range of client queries by phone and email
  • Building relationships to understand clients’ banking needs
  • Registering clients for Racing Payment Service
  • Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries
  • Delivering against allocated sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in a client facing or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • GCSEs at grade 4 or above
