Responsibilities
Plan, create and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
Develop content ideas, hooks and storylines to maximize reach
Independently produce Reels, short-form videos and story formats
Maintain and grow our community (comments, DMs, engagement)
Monitor trends, sounds and platform algorithms
Support the development of a strong, recognizable online brand
Analyze performance (reach, engagement, growth)
Work closely with executive management and the marketing team
Requirements
You are a enrolled student (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications or similar)
Social media is your passion, not just a hobby
Strong sense for trends, aesthetics and viral content
Confident with Instagram and TikTok (personal or professional experience)
Initial experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush)
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently
Excellent German language skills
Bonus: first experience with brand building or personal branding
