Responsibilities

Manpower Leadership: Lead all manpower management duties, including team onboarding, managing leave schedules, and handling grievance procedures to ensure a stable and productive team environment.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or resource conflicts, serving as the central point of accountability for problem-solving.
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in account management, project management, or operations management, ideally within a creative agency, media, or technology environment.
Proven track record in developing, managing, and delivering complex, multi-stream projects with rigorous attention to detail.
Strong financial acumen, with direct experience in budget tracking, billing, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations at various stakeholder levels.
Experience in leading and managing manpower requirements (e.g., resource allocation, onboarding, performance review processes).
A highly organised, strategic thinker and a self-starter with the proven ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with proven experience presenting project status and performance metrics.
