About the role

Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft rund um Reisekostenabrechnungen.
- Schnittstelle zwischen Reisekosten-Tool und Mitarbeiter:innen.
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports sowie Analysen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Payroll, HR und IT zur Entwicklung optimaler Lösungen.
- Prüfen von Reisekosten auf Plausibilität und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung.
- Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterialien für unser Intranet.
Requirements
- Du studierst im Bachelorstudium oder Masterstudium
- Interesse an Finance, Prozessen und digitalen Tools.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen und sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel).
- Strukturiert, qualitätsbewusst und eigenverantwortlich.
- Freude an Teamarbeit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1/C2).
- Wohnort im Großraum Nürnberg.
