Responsibilities
You help design and build a high‑performance migration factory together with our team and contribute to embedding and expanding it sustainably.
You drive innovation in the migration domain: you apply AI‑supported approaches, work with evolving templates and frameworks, and monitor new methods, SAP standards, and third‑party solutions.
You lead SAP S/4HANA migration projects or subprojects — including planning, governance, reporting, and client coordination.
You treat migration not merely as a technical data transfer but holistically across processes, technologies, and business goals — advising clients on transformation strategies, process harmonization, and target architectures.
You take responsibility for delivering high‑quality outcomes in the SAP migration context and ensure migration initiatives are executed efficiently, in a structured and goal‑oriented manner.
You coordinate collaboration among business units, technical teams, and external partners, managing complex dependencies across the entire transformation.
You also contribute beyond migration‑focused tasks in SAP projects, e.g., with module expertise, testing, training, architecture, or classic project support.
You actively support the growth and development of our SAP migration team and provide professional guidance to coachees within the team.
Requirements
University degree (completed).
Proven experience leading projects or subprojects in SAP migration initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA, Brownfield/Greenfield, Selective Data Transition).
Strong knowledge of SAP data structures, business processes, and migration tools — and the ability to view migration as an integral part of end‑to‑end transformation.
Confident use of project management methodologies (agile and traditional); knowledge of SAP Activate is a plus.
Ability to explain complex SAP migration processes and transformation paths clearly and to manage them with clients.
Excellent German and English language skills.
Willingness to travel.
Experience in other SAP areas such as module consulting, testing, training, or architecture — or motivation to develop in these areas over time.
