About the role

• Senior Consultant SAP FI/CO role at Wavestone advising local and international clients. Engage in SAP S/4HANA transformations and innovative finance solutions role.

Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you advise our local and international clients across various industries.
• You take on (partial) project leadership within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• You design and implement innovative, future-oriented SAP Finance solutions covering Accounting, Controlling, and Cash & Treasury.
• You work with high-end SAP S/4HANA technologies in Accounting and Controlling—both cloud-based and on-premise.
• You actively contribute to and drive our focus areas such as GenAI in Finance, S/4HANA Finance, and Financial Reporting.
• You support positioning our consulting services and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• You have prior SAP Finance consulting experience (in-house or external).
• You have strong knowledge (including customizing) in the design and implementation of SAP FI and/or SAP CO modules.
• Ideally, you have project experience with SAP S/4HANA, using both agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting, SAP Group Reporting, and initial experience with SAP RISE and/or cloud solution integrations are advantageous.
• Business‑fluent German and English skills round off your profile.
• Occasional travel to client sites is something you enjoy and see as a natural part of the consulting role.
