About the role
- Process Consultant optimizing cross-departmental business processes and leading SAP migrations for an innovative firm in Germany. Opportunities to work remotely and flexible working hours available.
Responsibilities
- Professional leadership of cross-company projects such as rollouts, migrations and transformations of SAP systems
- Coordination and communication with internal business units and external service providers to ensure coordinated project execution and smooth operations
- Responsible co-design, analysis and optimization of business processes across all departments within the SAP environment
- Designing and conducting requirements analyses, workshops and trainings
- Project responsibility for company-wide rollouts and change processes
- Leading documentation efforts, test management and execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in planning and executing projects
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the SAP environment (SAP ECC or S/4HANA), ideally in the Sales area
- Strong SAP knowledge and process understanding of classic modules such as SD, MM and FI; experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills; fluent German and good English skills
- Team player with a high service orientation and commitment
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
