About the role
- Senior Consultant in Third Party Risk Management for Wavestone. Developing risk strategies and leading projects in a hybrid role based in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide third-party risk management strategies
- Support special audits as part of audit-related advisory services
- Review risk assessments and support due diligence processes
- Build and maintain client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Take independent (partial) project responsibility from the Senior Consultant role after onboarding
- Lead and mentor teams and promote innovation and continuous improvement
- Design, deliver, and facilitate seminars and workshops
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Law, Business Law)
- Ideally certified as an Information Security Officer or hold a comparable certification
- Several years of professional and project experience in external consulting
- Preferably with experience in information security, governance, data protection, compliance, or risk management
- Interest in providing direct advisory services at department and executive management levels
- Initial (partial) project management and/or leadership experience from the Senior Consultant role
- Excellent communication skills
- Business-fluent in German and fluent in English
