About the role

• Senior Consultant in IT-Service Management at Wavestone assisting clients in strategic transformation. Lead projects and design service management processes focusing on ITIL and COBIT.

Responsibilities

• Take on leadership and design responsibilities within the team on exciting IT Service Management (ITSM) projects, e.g., with a focus on cloud.
• Develop service management processes for our clients in the area of ITIL Service Management or COBIT.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure successful commercialization and support the transformation of IT organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a network in the IT Service Management area.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree, ideally with additional qualifications.
• Relevant professional experience as a consultant, possibly as (part-)project manager, and domain expertise in IT Service Management.
• Enthusiasm for analyzing IT business processes and for defining and implementing best-practice solutions.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel as a consultant.
• Consulting experience in IT transformations, complex cost-reduction programs, and reorganizations.
• Strong acquisition and presales skills.
• Ideally already certified in ITIL and COBIT5.
