Responsibilities
- As an experienced consultant (all genders), you drive the energy transition forward at our clients.
- Actively support this important change process with feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and workshops.
- Be part of our projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- In challenging projects at the interface between business and IT, you optimize energy-sector business processes.
- Ensure methodologically sound approaches in both traditional and agile project environments.
- Take an active role within the Energy team in areas such as sales, leadership and coaching.
Requirements
- You have professional experience in a management consultancy or a comparable project role in the energy sector.
- A good understanding of regulatory and/or process frameworks in the energy industry.
- You are familiar with common process design and modeling methods and tools.
- You describe yourself as analytical and bring strong conceptual skills.
- University degree completed.
- Fluent in German and English.
