About the role

• Senior Consultant managing energy transformation projects for clients in a consulting role. Focus on innovative topics in energy, combining family-like culture with management consultancy strength.

Responsibilities

• As an experienced consultant (all genders), you drive the energy transition forward at our clients.
• Actively support this important change process with feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and workshops.
• Be part of our projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• In challenging projects at the interface between business and IT, you optimize energy-sector business processes.
• Ensure methodologically sound approaches in both traditional and agile project environments.
• Take an active role within the Energy team in areas such as sales, leadership and coaching.

Requirements

• You have professional experience in a management consultancy or a comparable project role in the energy sector.
• A good understanding of regulatory and/or process frameworks in the energy industry.
• You are familiar with common process design and modeling methods and tools.
• You describe yourself as analytical and bring strong conceptual skills.
• University degree completed.
• Fluent in German and English.
