Responsibilities
Shape the digital transformation of the energy sector with Wavestone!
Advise leading utilities on customer experience, sales processes and service innovations.
Develop end-to-end concepts for sales and customer service processes in the energy industry.
Optimize B2C and B2B processes with a focus on efficiency, automation and digitization — for both commodity and non-commodity products.
Design modern customer experience strategies and implement feedback systems to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Identify and assess AI application potentials across sales and service processes (e.g., forecasting, next-best-action, service automation, intelligent contact routing) and design AI-supported use cases to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience, such as chat & voice bots, intelligent case prioritization or personalized customer outreach.
Analyze existing workflows, optimize interfaces with billing and procurement, and ensure consistent, reliable end-to-end processes.
Maintain existing client relationships, identify new opportunities and actively contribute to the further development of our consulting engagements.
Requirements
Solid professional experience in consulting and in the energy sector, ideally with a focus on customer processes, sales or customer experience in a utility context.
Expertise in designing, analyzing or implementing (AI-supported) service and sales processes (B2C/B2B) in the energy industry.
Experience with common CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, BSI, Microsoft Dynamics or epilot.
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for innovation and change.
Fluent German and English language skills, and willingness to travel.
