About the role

  • (Senior) Consultant Customer Excellence at Wavestone transforming customer experiences through strategic projects. Working with clients on service processes and implementing modern technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support strategic and technical-conceptual projects with a focus on customer centricity
  • Develop and implement Service Excellence strategies, particularly in Contact Centers, Customer Excellence and CRM tools
  • Collaborate closely with clients in the insurance industry
  • Analyze requirements across marketing, sales and service and develop innovative solutions
  • Conduct thorough business analyses, identify optimization potential and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • Design tailored omnichannel strategies and apply modern technologies to improve efficiency and customer experiences

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience at a management consultancy or as an in-house consultant at a financial services provider
  • Experience leading and implementing strategic, organizational, functional or technical projects—preferably in the insurance context
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Interest in innovative topics such as customer experience, digital lead management and customer management tools
  • Enjoy developing new topics and positioning them in the market
  • University degree
  • Willingness to travel and fluent German and English language skills
